I can't believe Payne is 3 weeks old today! I am half way through with my time at home with him and that makes me wanna cry!
Payne went to the doctor on Wednesday and he weighs 8 lbs 2 oz. We are still working on gaining some more weight so we have to go back next week.
At 1 week he weighed 7 lbs 11 oz.
At 2 weeks he weighed 7 lbs 12 oz.
Some things I have learned this week:
All doctors have different advice!
The passy helps to reduce the risk of SIDS.
Bathtime is alot easier without the cord.
No matter what I do about 30-45 minutes after Payne eats he gets the hiccups. Bottle or Breast.
The more tummy time they have the less chance they will have a flat spot on the back of their head.

Hey girl! Ran across your cute little blog and wanted to tell you Payne is just precious! I am expecting our first, a boy, mid November...super excited!
I have a random question...the banner that you posted on the hospital room door and in Payne's nursery...where do you have that made? I think that it is so super cute and would love to have one made for my little boy, Jett. Hope y'all have a great Monday!!
Your old posts just showed up in my reader since I started following your blog, and wanted to comment on this post re: hiccups. My son had them TONS and still does quite a bit! (He'll be 4 months Friday.) A few weeks ago a friend told me about gripe water so I got some & it really does work - gets rid of the hiccups instantly!! Not sure if you've heard of it or tried it, but if not, you should check it out. I got mine at Babies R Us. Good luck! :)
