Jillian Kate arrived at 11:58pm Wednesday night!! Payne was super excited to know his girlfriend that I have been telling him about for the past 4 weeks had finally arrived!
She weighed 9 lbs and was 20 1/4 inches long!!!
Congrats to the Francis family! We are so happy for you all!!!
