Where sitting at home will get you...
Well, if you know me, I am not very good at sitting and doing nothing. I like arts and crafts.Ok like is an understatement. I LOVE them! I sit around and think of my next project all the time. Well, lately I have been thinking of Razorback shirts. Here is the one I came up with today. Though, I need a little advice on where to actually put the hog on the shirt.
What do you think??? Please leave me a comment and tell me what you would do! Thanks!
Payne is working on calling the hogs as well!!
In other news around here.... Payne hangs out naked a lot. It makes it easier for me to change him and he doesn't get mad when he is hot.
We are also working on napping in our crib. He slept in there about an hour this morning! I was pretty proud! By the way I put him down on his tummy, and well you see how he is now!

Savoring the moments
Well, this is my last week home with Payne before I go back to work. Yesterday we slept in and hung out at the house most of the day. We did make a quick trip to Target. Last night my Aunt B and cousin Clayton came up from Texas to see Payne and cooked us a great dinner! We are so glad others like to cook for us. They had to leave early this morning to attend a funeral for a close friend. So please keep the Longbotham's in your prayers. They lost a daughter/sister in a car accident on Sunday.
This morning I had my check up with Dr. S, then we went to eat with Ryan, ran some errands, and came home to see my other Aunt and Uncle and two cousins that are here for the night. We are so glad our families love to come visit.
Here are a few pictures from the past weeks or so.
The next few days I am going to just lay low and soak up the last moments with this little man. The weekend is going to be a busy one, but I am hoping the next week goes smoothly.

Weekend Fun
Sarah's best friend from high school, Abby and her husband Justin, came to visit us this weekend...
That's me, an amazing husband, father, and griller! Some how I always get the hot job but I wouldn't have it any other way - love to grill...
Old roomies and high school friends: Allison, Rachie, Sarah & Abby
The crew: Iowa Green's (HOG fans), Arkansas Green's x2, Drennons's, Jones's, Simpson's, and Iowa Green's friends (Bama fans) at the tailgate...tough loss but great meeting new people and just getting to fellowship with everyone...
76,800 fans in Donald W. Reynolds Stadium watching the parachuters bring in the game ball or Hogs vs. Bama.
And, again...
And, again...such an awesome start to a great game that unfortunately didn't end in favor of the Hogs...
Sarah and cousin Lauren (husband Neil in the background) getting ready to cheer on the Hogs...
My beautiful Bride and me before the game starts, so pumped...
Game time...everyone knows it didn't turn out like all Razorback Nation wanted, but look on the bright side, a 4 point loss to the #1 team in the land which we lead for 55 minutes means a promising rest of the season and no telling what is to come in 2011 and beyond. Go Hogs!
We had a very busy weekend with friends, family and football. To top it off, our church had a very big day... @Pastor Floyd announced First Baptist Church Springdale, Church at Pinnacle Hills, and Fayetteville Campus is now CROSS CHURCH - what a day in the life of our three congregations! Changing our Name. Strengthening our Identity. Sarah and I are a part of the Springale Campus now and will be going to launch the Fayetteville Campus, which we are shooting for Jan. 16, 2011 as the launch date. How excited we are to see what God has in store!

Phone Pictures
I don't know if any other moms take a thousand photos a day of their baby, but I for sure do. I try to send at least one picture text a day to our parents! Today was the first chance I got to sink my phone to the computer and download all the pictures. So therefore there is a picture overload.
They start from the day he was born.
