Payne's 2nd Christmas

Last weekend Ryan and I took a trip to Little Rock. A fun-filled down and back trip to drop off a couch at Ryan's parents, spend the night with my papa and back. In a 3 hour car ride there are several things we got to talk about and catch up on. As most of you know, I shop for Christmas in July (and usually finish in September). So....we started talking about what to get Payne. He is at an age where it is kind of difficult. Too old for a stacker but not old enough for his first baseball glove since I won't get to pass mine down (looks like he will be a lefty like his Aunt Al).

What was your 18th month olds favorite Christmas gift??

I found your blog from Jenna's Journey and I thought I would comment since my son was around 18 months old last Christmas. His favorite toys he got was a ball pit, wooden train tracks, and melissa and doug play food. The Melissa and Doug website has some really great toys for toddlers. My son loved(s) the cutting food. He also got puzzles and cars/trains for Christmas last year.

I have been reading your blog for a few months now and wanted to comment because I have a son about a month older than yours and am not sure what to get him either this year. My oldest son was 18 months his second Christmas and we got him a huge Tonka dump truck that he still plays with (he's 6 now) and both of his younger brothers love it too.

Reid really liked his ride-on toy.
