7 Month Pictures!

 Lately, we have just been hanging out and playing.He loves to pick up anything and is always looking for something new to check out.

 His favorite thing is the soft books. I think he likes them because they make noise and they are easy to pick up and chew on.

 We have also been putting him in his crib to play more. This way when he falls over its soft. He loves it. He laughs and plays.

 Anything that can go in the mouth, GOES IN THE MOUTH! We are still waiting on teeth, so maybe chewing on things will help!

Spring Break!

We started Spring Break by going to Little Rock for a wedding. Ryan's roommate from college got married and we were more than happy to help them celebrate! 

 

I got to get some TCBY while in LR! It is my favorite!!! 

 

Payne stayed with Ryan's parents and looked like he had a ball!

The rest of the week I wanted to be laid back and easy. I didn't really want to have much of a plan, because I knew that it would flop if I really tried! So we just took it easy. Some things we did do was a little bathroom makeover.

We also got new toothbrush holders. I am also on the hunt for a new trash can and new bathmats.  

Tuesday I had a dentist appointment and got my oil changed. Also I went to lunch with Ally and then came home to cuddle with this cute thing! 

 

 Wednesday we had Payne's 7 month pictures taken. I think these are going to be my favorite. Here is a sneak peek. She text me this off her computer. 

I mean really! How can you not say that is not the cutest thing ever!!!

Thursday we just hung out and didn't do much. We finally made it out around lunch to eat lunch with Ryan. 

Friday I didn't leave the house (except to pick P up from daycare) and did NOTHING at home! Love it!

Ally and Dalton came over and we watch Due Date and played games! That is my kind of Friday night!!!

Saturday Ryan, Payne and I laid in bed until 11:45! Love it!!! Then I got dressed and headed to Walmart. Then I picked up Ally and we went shopping! It was a successful day!! That night we went over to Ally and Dalton's to eat.  The boys watched TV and Ally and I worked on cake decorating. ( OK so I watched!)

Sunday I put it into gear! I realized I only had one day left of Spring Break. After church we came home and I started to make some baby food. I now think I can make it until the end of the school year! Then I made a wreath for my front door as well.

Sunday night we went to the Francis' for dinner. She made potato soup which is my favorite and it was a perfect day for it.

Jillian Kate and Payne talked to each other while we ate.

 Then P got some cuddling in with Josh!

Momma!

Payne said, "Momma",  today for the first time! I just happen to have it on video!! I was so freaking excited I turned the camera off! Otherwise you would have heard me scream!!!

Starting to Move

 Someone has learned to scoot all over their bed during nap time!

 He spends about an hour playing in his bed before falling asleep!

 But he still wakes up a happy boy!

 Look at me! I'm a big boy!

I think I am going to have to take all the stuff out of his crib. I promise I put it all at the end of his bed, but he can get to it all!

Best Daddy A Girl Could Ask For!

So, I know I have told you before, but I have the BEST Daddy ever! Lately I have asked him to make me a lot of things! First I started off by asking for a bassinet for Payne. It was something that I had always dreamed about for my kids and my daddy made my dreams come try. Here are a few pictures of  the day that he gave it to me.  You can read about it here.

 

Then shortly after my daddy had slaved away to make my dreams come true. Payne told me while I was still pregnant that for his first birthday he wanted a toy box build by Papa.  ( I am pretty sure he will be getting one, but who knows :) ) 

Then for my birthday I decided I wanted some new picture frames. One of our friends had built me several about a year ago and then made me two more for gifts. I absolutely love them! I think everyone should have one in their house! So I ask my daddy what he could do. Sure enough, he said ok! He built me 5 frames for my birthday! I love them! They match my other ones perfectly!

 

 I helped a little by painting them! It was very simple! I already had the paint from an earlier project!

 Payne has a really good daddy! Not only do they look just like, they act alike!

 Ryan was trying to teach P to crawl.

P found it to be a lot of fun. He might decided to just ride around on his daddy's back forever!
