2 Months!

Today, Ryan I have been married for 2 months. It had gone by so fast. We had a little mini celebration last night since this weekend is full of the BIG golf tournament. Ryan cooked me dinner and then we went and got a sno-cone and just talked. Everything has been crazy lately so I was glad to slow down and just take time for ourselves.

My Classroom!

My mom came this weekend to help me finish my classroom. I am so glad she came. I would still be working if she didn't come to help. I feel pretty good about how it looks! There are a few more things to do, but other than that I am ready for the students!!!

My Favorite....

Well one of my least favorite things to do is clean my bathroom. I REALLY hate cleaning the shower. We have that shower cleaner stuff that sprays in a circle when you get out, but I don't think it really works.
But, if I am going to clean the shower I am not going to do it without Tilex Mold and Mildew cleaner. It is the best. You just spray it on and wipe all the soap scum away! The stuff can work wonders!

GUESS WHAT!!!

We were on our way home from the McDaniel's house out in Tontitown and we decided to try a new way home and we found the DUGGAR'S house!

I laughed so hard! I was so sad I didn't have my camera. But we figured out that they really only live about 10 minutes from us!!! I'll go back! They had a lot of cars and a huge tour bus outside their house. So I guess they were filming. I should have stopped and made my claim to fame! Oh well!!

Project Complete!

I made it out of an old picture frame that I picked up at a thrift shop, chicken wire, clothes pins, and ribbon! Super easy and great fun!

My Favorite....

At most every holiday meal with my family we have Sister Schubert Rolls!
They are the best. My favorite is the one out of the middle! I have to admit that this morning I had the rolls with the sausage in the middle! I was so happy!! I saved some so I will be having them for breakfast in the morning! Hope your having a great Monday!

Not Me Monday!

Well, it is a first to participate in this!



I mostly certainly did NOT delete all my honeymoon pictures the night before we came home from St. Lucia. I mostly certainly did NOT have an emotional break down right then and there in front of people and cry for 30 minutes. My husband was great and we most certainly did NOT change clothes 12 times in about 24 hours to go back and retake the pictures. Nope not me!

When we got home took take my camera to Bedford's to see if they could recover my deleted pictures and when I found out they got a few of them back, I mostly certainly did NOT break out in tears and cry when they showed them to me. Therefore I got them for free! Thanks!

Last week was my sister-in-law's birthday and I was going to take her to lunch. She works off the Fayetteville Square and I did NOT drive around the square several times before finding her office (that I have been to several times).

My new painting!

Yesterday went I went to check my mail that was in the street, I found a package hanging off the side of it! This is what my package was!
My wonderful friend Rachie, painted me this painting for my new classroom! I can't wait to take it up there and hang it up! I just love getting things for my classroom! I get even more excited when it has my name on it! Thanks Rachie! Your the best!

Ryan woke up this morning to find that the mailbox out in the street. Someone had pulled out the mailbox concrete and all! The first thought was that the recycling people hit it but there are no marks like anyone hit it. Then Ryan noticed that the stop sign at the end of the road the street names were on the ground as well.
So me being me, you know what I did. I call the police at the non-emergency number and they came out to look. It is a federal offense to mess with other peoples mailboxes. Not to mention that we are going to have it reset in the ground! Stupid people!

My Favorite....

On Monday's I have decided I am going to start sharing my favorite things. Here is one of my favorite things.....

I have a favorite piece of furniture in my house.
It is lime green with white swirls on it.


It sits in my breakfast area right off the kitchen. I got it right after we moved in and it is the only thing I have bought since we moved here in April. It came from an awesome store in Fayetteville Riffraff. For an unbelievable good price!
Everyone who lives around here needs to visit it. It is off of Mission over on the east side of town. If you don't live here you can visit it at her blog which I linked above.

Rodeo and Fourth of July

Rodeo

Thursday night we went to the Rodeo of the Ozarks in Springdale. Tim, Leigh, Jamie, Munsey, Ryan and I got dressed up in our finest rodeo clothes and headed out. We had so much fun just watching the people and the cowboys. The best part was the monkeys that rode on dogs and herded rams and the little boy during the dance off. These two things received more applause from the audience than anything else.

Fourth of July Weekend

Friday morning Tim and Leigh came to pick Ryan and I up and we headed to Monett to Tim's parents house. We got there in time for lunch and just had some sandwiches and the boys headed to the golf course and the girls laid by the pool. It was great just being able to relax. That night several people came over and we had a pool volleyball tourney and then ate some awesome food. It was fun to hang out with some new people and just relax some more. Saturday we got up and it was raining so we ate breakfast and sat on the back porch and read. Then we decided to take a nap. During Leigh's and my nap we woke up to find that it had stop raining and the boys were back out on the golf course. We then head back out to the pool. When the boys finished we got cleaned up and headed over to the Monett park to see what it was all about. Not much but fun to see. Then it was back to the house to prepare dinner. It was so good! After dinner T, L, R and I went to Dairy Queen. Then we went to the golf course to watch the fireworks.

Wrapping up the week

This week has been pretty uneventful. I met the carpet cleaning man at the other house and then the inspector. They are going to be blasting rock behind the house so they came to inspect the foundation. Glad I don't live there now to experience that! I would be mad. Monday night Ryan help me take some stuff to my classroom. Tuesday I worked a little in my classroom sorting books. Then I took Little Miss A and Miss S to the Blessing's pool. They played very well together and with one of there friends! They played categories in the pool which was one of my favorite games as a kids so I played with them! Wednesday was an pretty boring day as well. I went to get Ryan's oil changed and car checked on. Then went back to work on the classroom for a few hours. It is shaping up. I will get some pictures today or early next week to show. Last night Ryan and I just laid around. There was nothing on t.v. so we just hung out and cleaned the house. I loved the help! Thanks Ryan!

Tonight Tim, Leigh, Ryan and I are going to the Rodeo and then heading to Monett in the morning for the weekend!

Pray for Baxter. He is having his wisdom teeth out today!
